Some headcanons related to him:
He's described as a sophisticated one so I imagine him reading a lot of old literature work and use old language and accent. Hence the outfit. I try to make it simple while it looks unique.
His hat is a part of his younger days perhaps related to the M.A.G.E. Hence the torn part of the hat. The hat is used outside of work.
He prefers to be clean and not dirty. Perhaps even tidy all the time.
He's described as someone that get angered easily and could led to violence. So, I imagine as someone that doesn't open up easily hence the closed clothes and dark and simple brown color. Unlike the other casts that have bright colors for most of them
A black marking near the eyes on both side to complement with the other casts markings
Perhaps he likes to use a black umbrella too for good measure dealing with the weather.
The cravat mayhap been from someone he knew. A gift maybe?
Since he's sophisticated, I imagine at least he makes him look a bit "noble" with the brooch and monocle.
I want to add a brown metallic goggles on him when he's working and not wearing his hat but I will add it if it's chosen.
If he has a soul trait to represent him then maybe perseverance and bravery/determination
