GAME 5 - RAVENCLAW VERSUS HUFFLEPUFF

Hello, and what an actually sunny day for a Quidditch match! Today's match is between Ravenclaw versus Hufflepuff, and it's gonna be interesting. The Badgers has had one win and no loses to Ravenclaw, who has one win and one loss. This should be a fun game, but personally I'm rooting for Ravenclaw, house pride after all, and besides last time Ravenclaw won, the afterparty was fascinating. And as our teams are walking onto the field, let's hear it for our players!

The crowd held their breath as the quaffle soared through the air...

and the game begins!

R - 000 | H 000

Wood is first with the quaffle and, surprise surprise, Vane is right on his tail. Looks like Hufflepuff is out to prove that last game wasn't a fluke. Luca swoops in for a steal, but Wood dodges him. Vane cuts Luca off, probably getting a little jealous. Wood heads for the goal, and Godfrey seems to be off in la la land, because Wood makes the score. Ten to Hufflepuff!

R - 000 | H 010

Ravenclaw doesn't seem to be taking the early score lightly, and they come back swinging, literally. Lockhart lobs a bludger at Vane, who it just barely misses. Careful Lockhart, you're gonna piss off Wood and Colton. Wouldn't want to take on that double team, though I'm sure Vane would. What? Sorry Professor. Anyway. Debussy has the Quaffle and is heading for Warren to make a score. Luca and Bones aren't far behind, ready for a pass, but Debussy seems to be stubbornly determined to make a goal herself. She lobs the quaffle at the goals, but Warren blocks. Luca catches it before Wood can and goes for another attempt. Warren is just too short. Ten to Ravenclaw.

R - 010 | H 010

Vane is the one to get the quaffle first this time, and she, shocker, passes to Wood and heads upfield. It looks like they're trying to pull some fancy move. The Ravenclaw chasers seem to notice as well, because Bones heads to cut Vane off. Colton is ready for him, though, and the pass goes uninterrupted. Put some ice on it, Bones. Vane fakes left, passes to Wood who can't go five minutes without his girlfriend and apparently appeared out of thin air, who lobs it through the goal. Ten to Hufflepuff.

R - 010 | H 020

Hufflepuff isn't playing around this time. Temples immediately gets the quaffle and goes for a score. Godfrey manages to block, but Wood snatches it out of Debussy's grasp before she can get anywhere. A rogue bludger from Greene causes Wood to lose his grasp, but of course Vane is there to cover his slack. She passes to Temples, who passes back to Wood just as she gets knocked off course by a bludger, and Wood passes to Vane when she gets in scoring range. Godfrey looks ready for her, but he falls for a quick fake to the right and she scores left. Ten to Hufflepuff.

R - 010 | H 030

Ravenclaw isn't playing around anymore it seems. Bones has the quaffle and he's determined to score it seems. Luca and Debussy are lagging behind a bit, probably thinking about what they're gonna do at the after party, but Bones is on the warpath anyway, and doesn't seem to be paying any attention. Woah, Bones scored that one quick. Was Warren fixing her lipstick or something? Ten to Ravenclaw.

R - 020 | H 030

Harvey and Boot seem to be flying circles around each other. No sign of the snitch, but they're making me dizzy. The Badgers have the quaffle again, and they seem to be playing hot potato. Wood, to Vane, to Wood, to Temples. It'd be great if someone could hold the ball longer than five seconds. I'm getting tired just watching them. Wood passes to Vane again, and she goes for the score. Godfrey blocks, but Temples is there to catch it and score anyway. Ten to Hufflepuff.

R - 020 | H 040

Hufflepuff seems to be determined to go undefeated. They're going hard this game. Vane has the quaffle. She's heading upfield. She shoots, she... ooh, look at that. Good block from Godfrey. Luca comes in for the steal, and heads back toward their goal, ducking a bludger from Colton. Warren is ready to block, hovering between two goals. Luca sh-- or not, quick pass to Bones, who makes the score. Ten to Ravenclaw.

R - 030 | H 040

Well, our seekers are still playing ring around the rosie. We'll check back in on them later. Meanwhile, Debussy is heading for a score. A bludger from Malfoy knocks her off course, and she loses grip of the quaffle, but Bones is there to cover. He was probably staring at her arse, to be honest. He passes to Luca, who is in scoring range, and a quick fake catches Warren off guard so he can score. Ten to Ravenclaw.

R - 040 | H 040

Hufflepuff is playing hot potato again. They really seem to like their passes. Wood to Temples to Vane to Temples again to Vane again to Wood again. Is the quaffle hot or something? Hold on to it for more than five seconds, guys. Wood makes one more pass to Vane, of course, who fakes a shot at the goal, but shock surprise, she passes to Temples, who manages the score. Ten to Hufflepuff.

R - 040 | H 050

The seekers actually seem to be doing something now. Harvey is heading upfield toward the Hufflepuff goals, Boot is on her tail. Meanwhile the Hufflepuff chasers are playing hot potato yet again. That's getting old, guys. Try a new technique. A bludger from Greene sends Harvey off course and Boot pulls ahead. He's going into a dive, Harvey isn't far behind. Whats this? Oh, Boot pulls out at the last minute. The Hufflepuff chasers go for another score and its good. Ten to Hufflepuff, but whats this? Boot has something in his hand? Yep, that's the snitch. It's over folks. One fifty to Ravenclaw.

GAME 3 - RAVENCLAW VERSUS SLYTHERIN

Hello, it's Millie and what a mildly not chilly day for a Quidditch match! It's roughly 3 degrees, a wonderful not even windy day! Today's match is between Ravenclaw versus Slytherin; this game could go in any direction. The Ravenclaw has had one loss, while this is Slytherin's first game of the season. This should be a close game, but personally I'm rooting for Ravenclaw. I know I'm not really supposed to be biased but how can I not be when it's my own house? And, let's be honest, Luca needs a win somewhere; it certainly hasn't been with Debussy or Greene. And as our teams are walking onto the field, let's hear it for our players!

Chaser Nina Tillitt is first to get the quaffle, snatching it right from under Arlen Luca's nose. As she makes her way to the goal, Bones and Debussy are on her tail. Edgecomb hits a bludger toward Bones, missing by inches. It looks like Debussy is going to catch up to Tillitt, just a few more inches, but no, Tillitt lobs the Quaffle right past Godfrey; is he too busy thinking about what he'll be doing to Debussy's sister tonight? Perhaps Tillitt is getting a bit jealous? In a rush of angry sexual tension, she throws the quaffle at him- nope, it's the goal! And Slytherin gets the first points of the game!

S - 010 | R - 000

Luca has the Quaffle now, and is making his way down the field. Weasley isn't far behind, speeding to catch up. Bones and Debussy are on either side of Weasley, trying to block her out to give Luca the clean score, but Weasley is pulling ahead of them. Luca feigns left, throwing Weasley off before quickly moving right. Lovemander is ready to block, but last second, Luca goes left again. Ravenclaw scores!

S - 010 | R - 010

Debussy has the Quaffle now, and looks ready to make another quick score for Ravenclaw. She shoots, and Lovemander blocks. Quaffle up for grabs, and it looks like Finnigan has it. Finnigan heads for the goals, quickly ducking out of the way of a bludger sent his way by Lockhart. Bones and Luca are on his tail, and Godfrey looks ready to defend. Probably not the only thing these two are fighting for. Finnigan fakes left, Godfrey follows, and Finnigan quickly moves right to score. Godfrey's head is in the clouds once again, and Slytherin scores!

S - 020 | R - 010

Potter and Boot are both circling the field. No sign of the snitch yet, although Boot looks like he's checking out all the ladies in the crowds. Might want to watch out, Laurie Hauser, I'm talking about you. Luca has the Quaffle again, and quickly passes to Debussy as hes overtaken by Tillitt and Weasley. Debussy appears to have everything under control, she's almost there. She can control a quaffle better than she can control her own boyfriend. Ouch, no one expected that bludger from Warren, Debussy goes flying. Might need some ice. Quaffle is in the air and it looks like Tillitt has it, as she swoops in gracefully. She makes a quick turn around and heads back up the field, Bones is on her tail, but he's getting edged out by Finnigan. Finnigan's probably getting jealous of Bones' view. Tillitt approaches the goal, she shoots, she scores! Slytherin scores!

S - 030 | R - 010

Bones has the Quaffle and is heading upfield. Field is clear and he's making great progress. A quick one he is, but we'll have to double check with Debussy on that one. A bludger comes out of nowhere, but there's Greene, knocking it right back. Bones is in the home stretch, Lovemander looks ready for him, but a quick move from Bones sends him in the wrong direction, and Bones makes the goal. Ravenclaw scores!

S - 030 | R - 020

Boot and Potter seem to have spotted something. Perhaps it's a dandelion, but with Potter's brain it might be another hot girl. Both are headed toward the Ravenclaw goal posts, hopefully finding something that might end this game. Meanwhile, Bones has the Quaffle. He passes it to Debussy, who passes it to Luca, who passes it back to Bones. It's like a game of hot potato, except with sexual tension involved. A bludger comes from the left for Luca, but he manages to avoid it to catch a pass from Bones. All three are at the goal, Luca fakes a toss, Lovemander goes to block, and doesn't see Debussy catch the pass and score. Ravenclaw scores!

S - 030 | R - 030

Potter and Boot are still looking. Seems they lost sight of the snitch, was that merely a glare or some rude offhand comment made by me? Debussy sneaks in and steals the Quaffle from Finnigan, passing immediately to Luca, who makes a quick break for the goal. Bones looks left out in the dust, but obviously a bit determined to win his girlfriend's heart back. A bludger from Edgecombe narrowly misses, and Greene sends it back toward her. Luca moves out of the way of Weasley and makes a long throw. It's good, looks like he has a strong arm after all! Ravenclaw scores!

S - 030 | R - 040

Weasley with the Quaffle, and she's heading upfield quickly. Lockhart knocks a bludger her way and she makes a saving throw to Finnigan just in time before the bludger knocks her off course. Finnigan keeps going upfield, but what's this? Potter and Boot are both moving very quickly toward midfield. It seems that they've once again spotted the snitch. Potter seems to be pulling ahead, and his arm goes out, just inches away, but what's this? A quick bludger from Greene knocks him off course and Boot is in the clear. Closer, closer. It looks like his hand has closed around something. Could it be? Yes, Boot has the snitch! Looks like the Eagles win this one today, tying the two teams for a one win-one loss ratio!

Ravenclaw Wins! 190 to 030!
