Henry Boyce, Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney, announced today that Roger Emmit Baldridge, 54, of Ravenden pled guilty during the Lawrence County Circuit Court Jury Term to charges of Kidnapping and Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons.
