gaze  turned  to  the  floor,  avoiding  raven’s.   she’d  fled  from  the  music  and  dancing  and  ended  up  on  the  room  that  raven  was  working,  clearly  upset  which  may  have  been  what  prompted  raven  to  begin  the  conversation.   ‘   i  didn’t  have  to  finish  what  echo  started.   ’     maybe  she  couldn’t  have  done  anything  more  to  save  her  mother,  but  there  were  a  few  things  she  could  have  avoided  doing.   a  part  of  her  had  been  mad  at  raven  for  stopping  echo,   fueled  by  anger  and  revenge  towards  the  people  on  bardo.   but  she  could  see  now  that  she  had  made  the  right  choice.     ‘   if  i  hadn’t,  maybe  my  mom  would  have  been  with  us  now.   ’     regret  was  painted  all  over  her,  but  she  couldn’t  take  anything  back  now.

                         he had been watching raven kinda isolating herself since the shooting , kinda burried in her work , so bellamy tol him that raven needed help and even though they barley  had talked to each other , he felt for her. he moved around , inhaling a deep breathe , before he entered the workshop she arranged for herself and looked quickly around , before his eyes settled on the young female. „ bellamy told me that you needed help and i am offering mine , if it’s good enough . “ he knew people here didn’t trust him , because he once belonged to those who haunted them , but it felt like a lifetime ago. he was no grounder , but he did not belonged to the sky people either and the onyl reason he hadn’t already left to be with luna was octavia.

A deep breath. Fresh air. What a wonderful thing.

His green eyes lingered along the tree line before he glanced back over his shoulder, his reverie interrupted by a rustling sound behind him, and sure enough he spotted the red jacket and familiar figure of the young mechanic heading his way. His hands when into his pockets, turning his back on the forest behind and below him, overlooked by the ledge on which they stood. He greeted her with the slightest of upward nods, expression easing on her features with a reserved kindness. He’d always liked Raven, from the day she’d first come crashing down on Earth, bringing with her news of a certain chaos happening on the Ark above. If only that had been their single problem. 

Jughead’s tone was teasing when he spoke, tongue in cheek despite the deadpan expression. There was still a flicker of humour around the corners of his eyes. “All this land, and I can’t get away from you for five minutes?”

                         there was a war brewing , maleficent could feel it and while she was protecting her land , her home , diaval was sent off to get information , to watch the place where magical things happened , where the first whisper of the evil would be , so he agreed. he had once promised her to be her wings , to be her ears and he would serve her until the day he’d die. so he knew he’d be away from home for quiet a while , he wouldn’t see those he cared for so deeply for some time and he needed a safe place , something he needed to call his home for the time being , which ended to be a abandoned cottage close by the school for witches and wizards. he had been here for almost two months and as he was sitting on the roof , he was watching the students laughing , walking.

a  sigh  leaves  his  lips  at  raven’s  words.    ‘   last  time  i  checked,  i  can’t  leave  this  church  either.   ’     maybe  this  wans’t  the  best  time  for  his  cheeky  jokes  but  he  still  says  that.   they’re  at  war  and  shaw  is  balancing  between  the  two  sides,  being  in  both  and  none  in  the  end.    he’s  been  a  soldier  before  becoming  one  of  eligius’  crew  members  and  he  can  tell  that  this  won’t  end  well.     ‘    i’m  on  your  side,  raven.   let  me  help  you.   ’     he  has  seen  the  prisoners  up  close,  shaw  knows  mccreary  and  he’ll  do  anything  to  stop  him.    of  course,  a  part  of  him  wants  to  ensure  his  safety,  if  he’s  valuable  to  them  too,  maybe  he  can  save  his  life.    but  that  doesn’t  mean  his  words  aren’t  genuine  because  they  are.   at  whatever  choice  shaw  had  to  make,   he  wanted  to  choose  the  least  evil.
