@pedalma_cycling set up The Capitals, an ultracycling, gravel and adventure event that connected the four Catalan capitals, Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona. Ambassador @laucyclecoach was at the starting line, being the only woman who entered this amazing challenge. In just over 4 days, Laura and her Rave SLR covered 870km with 16.500D+. “I rode most of the route alone and that was the most difficult part of the entire race. It’s not easy being with your thoughts and feelings when you are tired, sleep deprived and hungry. The terrain in some parts was very hard, I had to walk for some kilometers facing some 30% grade descents with huge rocks.
