A Ravian is a cross of a racoon hybrid and an avian hybrid, creating a Ravian!
In Tommy's case, I'd say he'd be part sea gull, because they are the thieves of the sky!
Probably have some sort of marking or Mask that looks like a racoon mask/marking, claws/talons for holding onto stolen goods, wings to propel him away from danger, Big bushy tail for keeping warm and balancing in high places!
Problem is, I can't draw people very well, much less a Ravian. If anyone does have the skill, the will, and the patience to draw it, I would love to be tagged in it please!
