Perfect Timing
The Princess: Home owner's insurance is expensive, but it's something I need. I live in a wooden house in the 9th Ward...the previous owner didn't do much repair-work after Katrina. She used the insurance money to fix the floors, but that's about it. Saiwai, I'm telling you, every time a truck goes by my house, it starts shaking!
Saiwai: Geez...
The Princess: See, I wouldn't pay for insurance if my house was in a better location. Or if it wasn't so weak, but built like yours is. You know why?
