Alternate Ending timeline: Loqi drinking in a hotel bar after the Leviathan fiasco, he’s finally off the clock, the city is in ruins, and there’s one Aranea Highwind trying to barter with the receptionist for a room in the Leville.
Hearing the receptionist practically beg her to stop asking because they are way over capacity, Loqi takes a gulp of liquid courage and invites her over to his room. It was gentlemanly of him because he could only get a room with two beds (the last room available) and it’s not like he was inviting her over for lewd things or anything b-baka!
Aranea tells him there’s someone with her, Loqi hardly has time to feel his heart drop before it’s made clear that ‘someone’ was none other than the high commander Ravus, crying his eyes out over his sister.
Loqi helps Aranea walk him to their now shared room, trying hard not to think too much about how both his crushes are going to be sleeping not two feet away from him all night.
