The world had me crashing down to my knees .

I no longer have the people who love and claimed to have loved me in my life anymore.

May they rest in peace and may I continue to live up to be a strong person who they had molded me to be.

I stand alone.

I had my picture perfect image of married life ruined.

I was chewed up and spat out like I was absolute trash!

I was lied to , betrayed  and manipulated.

I was cussed at , I was told I was no longer attractive , I was nothing.

I stand alone.

I have picked myself up from the mental abuse and hurt that had once broke me down . I've have learned that the thoughts of others is to have no space in my mind to determine my value.

Only I can define my happiness!

I will not degrade my worth by getting equal or hurting others, their actions and guilt is a weight I don't have to bare on my shoulders.

I am guarded with my emotions and time.

I stand alone .
