I’m getting skinnier , not because i try to eat as much organic as i can either. I’m getting skinnier because I switched to the paleo diet when i actually started to care about my diet. It was not my intention to lose weight , because i was only trying to eat healthier. I eat as much organic as i can , i stick to the paleo diet as much as i can when i am not starving. And i only cook/warm things in my rice cooker/steamer if i cook at all. When it gets warmer i will go back to eating properly fed/properly sourced raw meat . I don’t like salad really so i only like eating carrots raw and ill steam the other veggies. Maybe i just need to find a nice raw organic salad dressing and make a nice raw organic salad to go with it. Go paleo/raw and the weight just falls off you without working out. I actually care about what i am eating but when i am starving and their is barely any food left for me to eat then i start caring less. It is my dream to get a good paying job and always have enough for groceries and never reach the point where i am practically starving until my food stamps come back.

If i wanted to eat or drink something that was somebody elses i would ask them . I’m tired of my so called idiot family asking me or offering me if i can eat or drink something. If i wanted it then i would ask , just because they are the non-healthy idiot person diet and i am on the healthy paleo/raw diet does not mean i eat what they eat because my diet specifically bans generally unhealthy food. I generally won’t eat non-organic fruit unless i am starving , and if i do eat it if i am not starving then their is a reason.I sometimes get non-organic fruit bowls and eat those but if i could afford a lot more good quality food then i would buy it. Like i’ll eat non- organic banana’s if i see them starting to go bad. I might ask for a non-organic apple if i am starving , but i won’t ask for that unhealthy cheeseburger from Mcdonalds or that soda filled with unhealthiness. And idk if grandma is just too lazy to look up what you can eat on the paleo diet or what. She bought me a paleo recipe book ( for the recipes she says) that i did not want or ask for and didn't even bother to read it herself. It tells you what the paleo diet is and basically you are suppose to avoid bad stuff for you. I stay away from gluten but i still eat rice ( mostly organic though) , and i still do dairy but i only do organic or organic grass fed dairy ( stonyfield yogurt and organic valley grassmilk cream on top  have been my favorite for awhile) since i don’t have the luxury of unpasteurized non-homogenized raw grass fed dairy. So yes , unless i am starving because i ran out of food stamps i am probably not going to ask for their food. I know paleo or raw for that matter is not exactly about eating organic or wild but organic/wild is where you want to go for that and if you can then do raw organic/wild , but always paying attention to ingredients is key because not all organic stuff is good for you. I might be getting a job soon and i might be making $200 weekly or $300 and something weekly which should be enough to get all the groceries i want.

Thinking of doing a 12 days of healthy Xmas paleo cookie ideas , kinda like the thing i did for Halloween. But this time i promise to make it to 12 because i was not able to make it to 13 for Halloween.

Raw food does not mean Cold

So googling things i came across some links such as Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and Ayurvedic masters and Buddhist monks saying how raw food is bad because it is cold. Especially the Ayurvedic ones saying how cold folds and beverages interrupts something and aggravates it , i think the pitta. These people and along with many others do not do their research it seems because raw food does not equal cold food. You can have raw food that is not cold , by using steaming , dehydrating , sun drying , eating at room temp or warming the food up to 118 F or lower. Using heating spices/seasonings and warming up the bowl or plate , also drinking warm apple cider, and some warm soups not heated above 118F  seems to work. Most importantly do your damn research .
