Lately, I've been finding immense joy in musique concrète and electroacoustic music. I've come a long way, but perfect compositions started to suffocate me. The splashes of sounds, savoring sound itself—raw, initially mechanical, softened by the perception of my ear—have begun to evoke new emotions in me.

That's why, as Rave FM, we invited the Cosmic DJ Aliena, who composed a set for us after receiving a signal from Voyager 1 👽 You’ll hear it on our radio station on December 14th.

Last night at Kawana Communtiy Centre Raw Sounds 2011 went off, with Mitzi, The Belligerents, Bird & Prey, Pro Vita, Minorbirds, Stryder, Spuhtnik and Cat Magic playing.
