2 bananas for breakfast Giant serving of kale, arugula, and spinach for lunch with 2 mandarin oranges A couple apples and carrots for snacks Then a gigantic serving of steamed brown rice at 4 before kickboxing and another giant serving when I get home
Typically the servings of fruit should be much bigger but I’m trying to do a reset of sorts.
