literally nothing bugs me more than people who are mean to/harass vegetarians for no reason. Like 75% of my friends are vegan or vegetarian and people are always coming up to them and bugging them >.< why can’t people just be nice and accepting

The probably is that people usually don't know they're doing it. They go into why they love meat and could never give it up and I'm just smiling and nodding with no idea how to respond. It's great if you eat meat and all, but you really don't need to go on and on about how you could never do it and then tell me what meats you love. I have no idea how I'm supposed to reply to that!

A girl did that to me tonight (a few girls actually) and I kind of just nodded and smiled politely. Then I turned away because they all started talking about how great meat is.

Ugh people.

Two of my best friends are my dogs. Four are actual humans.

Three of my best friends are my cousins and brother.

I grew up with all three of them. (obviously)

I met my last best friend in journalism class at the start of eleventh grade. I remember one of our first conversations being about pokemon fanfiction.

I’m super proud and amazed by all my best friends (even my dogs, yes). They’re all so smart and creative and nice. They all inspire me and teach me so many new things.

Orange: 6 facts about my home town.

I don’t really have a hometown. I was born in a town in California, but moved away at a month old. Then I lived in Pennsylvania for two years, then moved back and forth over the Oklahoma/Arkansas border until I was ten. I’ll do half for the town in Oklahoma and half for Arkansas.

In Oklahoma, I lived in a really tiny town with barely 400 people. There’s two towns really close to it, so I went to the elementary school in the biggest (which was still only 9000 people).

The town has a Piggly Wiggly, a Sonic, a small park, and a Dollar General.

It’s a really rural area. All our neighbors either had cows or horses.

I moved to Arkansas when I was ten. I moved to this town specifically at fourteen. It has about 90,000 people.

This town has a dog park. A huge one that my dogs love.

There’s a college here, and most of the people who grow up here end up going there.

I mostly lived with my grandparents between the age of 6-10.

My cousins and brother and I used to pretend we were Teletubies outside in the yard. I was always the purple one.

I had a huge group of friends in elementary school. We were considered the ‘weird group’ and played a game called “The Monster Game”, where we had to fight Medusa who took away all a bunch of kids. We played it almost every day.

My first crush was a little blonde boy named Tyler who I met in kindergarten. We used to watch the clouds until the teachers yelled at us to get off the ground. He moved in first grade.

I was obsessed with Pokemon. I started watching as soon as it came out and watched every single show. I had so many shirts and movies and cards and marbles. Never had the game though.

My younger brother was born when I was six. I remember being disappointed when my grandma came in the room and told us it was a boy because I wanted a sister.

My brother and I used to play a game called Flying Baby, where I would lay on my back and balance him in the air on my hands and feet.

My great-grandmother is considered a witch because she’s been really cold towards her children and grandchildren.

My cousins are twins.

We’re a pretty short family, with the girls averaging 5’4 and the boys 5’10. My brother is going to beat that.

My family mostly comes from California and Pennsylvania.

My granddad came from a huge family with (I think) nine kids.

My Great Aunt and Uncle own a huge pig.

My mom is older than my dad by one month. And they not married because of reasons.

My granddad is a Vietnam War veteran.

whenever im sad or nervous my kitty cat comes and cuddles up with me, which is nice ( his name is Toby as well, though im not sure if you’re talking about toby or thunder)

I love that you remember my dog's names! And that your cat and my dog have the same name! Is your Toby a little blondie who sheds a lot too? That'd be both cool and weird if he is.

I'm talking about Thunder above. Toby loves to cuddle, Thunder doesn't really. But I think he might be realizing I'm leaving soon. There's boxes all over the house and the last time this happened was when we were moving houses a few years ago. He might be thinking we're leaving again, or he's noticing everyone hugging me more often. Either way, he refuses to leave my side now.
