🍲RAW + COOKED = PERFECT MARRIAGE🍲 Raw food doesn't have to be cold NOR does it have to be complicated. - This simple dish took me about 10 minutes start to finish. It was super tasty and super filling. - - 👇🏽RECIPE:👇🏽 •Cook shroomies in water, garlic cloves and coconut aminos (that's it!) over medium to high heat with lid to simmer. •While cooking, blend: 1 TBS lemon juice 2 green onion sprigs pinch red pepper flakes thumb of ginger 1/4 C water 2 TBS tahini 1 date or 1 TBS maple syrup or 1 TBS raisins. •Pull shrooms from heat and layer on top of kelp noodles (RAW). Add broccoli and bell pepper (chopped) to pan after heat is off and replace lid. This will tender the veggies, and make them warm while keeping them RAW. •Add liquid and garlic from pan to blender and pulse to incorporate. •Pour sauce over noodles, add veggies from pan and top with green onion. Some slivered almonds would be great with this dish as well!
