pleasantly surprised by my family's various reactions to shaving my head. mom, who Has No Chill, was very chill about it and actually said it looks nice (!!!)

Hot take: words borrowed from other languages should always retain their original pluralization. EVEN WHEN ITS NOT LATIN! I’m sick and tired of seeing people argue that it should be “octopi” and “cacti” and then go around saying shit like “cherubs”. Or maybe even worse, “cherubims”.
