“Come on,Rayla.” You called out to her,she was still standing at the edge of the lake.
“You know I hate water,frozen water isn’t any better” You skated and stopped just in front of her.
“It’s not that scary,I’ll be right here” You reached your hand out. “Trust me” She groaned before taking your hand. Immediately she slipped and wrapped her arms around you,you helped her steady herself. The second you tried to let go of her she clung onto you even more. “Rayla,you’ll be fine. I’m still gonna hold your hand”
“If you let go of me”
“Which I’m not gonna do” You carefully started skating around the lake,with Rayla holding onto you so hard that both your hands were turning white.
“Y/N” You gave her a hmm “Can we?”
“Stop?” She just nodded,you pulled her closer to you,like you were dancing. “Close your eyes” She did as you asked,you skated for a few minutes before stopping at the edge of the lake. “You can open them now”
“That last part wasn’t that scary”
“Does that mean you’ll skate with me?”
“Absolutely not”
