No one is immune to my obsession with the Rayman franchise.

Jokes aside, I came up with an oc for the series. This is Desdemona Abaddon, or Demona. Going by the game's timeline, this is how she'd appear in the first game!

She's a half eldritchhorror half human that was sent to the Glade of Dreams as a rite of passage that's common place for her family.

The skull pendant she wears was enchanted by her mother and doubles as a locket that contains a photo of herself and her parents with a small music box embedded within it.

She can also communicate with her parents through the locket. Generally done, so when wanting advice on a current situation, she finds herself in or just to report how her day went.

Hypothetical game play would include using the enchanted pendant to possess the ribbon on her capelet to act as a second pair of arms to grab/slap/swat or hit enemies that happen to be in her way.

There are a number of designs I have in mind for her for each respective game in the franchise (along with a take on what she'd be like in CLH :) ).

I've had this idea for a while in my system, I've really wanted to do it for years now I've finally done it. I want to develop the story more but this will take time.

Raissa (it's not rayman) he is not a hero

But he is the guardian of a small part, he was created at the request of the tiny ones, the fairy Betilla, since Rayman must constantly save the glade of dreams in addition to his multiple tasks as Hero, to lighten your load this small but strong creature was created, made with pure energy. Protect both the tiny and the most sacred of the forest of dreams.

Skills: It has excellent agility and speed, apart from its highly developed sense of smell, it also has claws that allow it to easily climb and finally its ability to jump on a large scale.

Extra Information: He does not know Rayman in person but he has a dream that at some point he will meet him, he only knows him through the legends told about him and his great deeds (he has a small crush on him) He considers Betilla as a mother figure, he has great affection for her and the little ones, considering them family. Generally in a fight he likes to use his fists and claws, but he can also use a spear, he could perfectly well be a swordsman.

His personality is energetic and explosive easy to charm with little things, you can throw him a bone and he will follow you for the rest of your life. 🦴

Probably Murfy’s Con-artist cousin.

Anyway, this guy LOVES gambling. And would always make a show of it to raise the stakes so that he’d have a laugh.

While drawing I thought of a story where he sends an invitation to Murfy to check out his Casino, and the sour-puss instead invites Rayman and Co too cause he just doesn’t trust him.

The main story is at night, Rayman wakes up to Murfy freaking out cause the rest of the crew plus the other guests have disappeared, and has jumped to conclusions that his cousin is behind it as a messed up joke, so they make their way to the main-office, through the casino, that has turned into a Puzzle and Chance House of Mayhem.
