A strange man of Maine lumberjack tale. Seemingly neutral by nature, though he's liable to be swayed by an offering of good whiskey.

Logging is a dangerous business to be in to begin with--what with all of the sharp tools and heavy machinery and the fact that large trees are constantly falling around you--but the lumberjacks of the northern woods in Maine had an even greater danger to contend with: Razor-Shins. Rumor of this humanoid creature with razor sharp shins began during Prohibition and, like most men in those days, this creature was desperate for alcohol. New members of the labor camps in those woods were told that if they left a jug of Bangor Whiskey outside of their tent within their first few nights, Razor-Shins would reward them with a felled tree in the morning. However, if they failed to leave this offering for the creature, they might find themselves scalped in the night.
