the ravenclaw common room has a chalkboard in it. sometimes it will have important dates written on it, other times huge art pieces. sometimes its a scoreboard. it has magnets all over it from previous students, so its covered in documents and advertisements, too. its tradition to send first year ravenclaws chalk and a magnet for the common room chalkboard.
