The Rancho Cucamonga Founder’s Day Parade is always a huge success for the thousands of residents who line the streets of Victoria Gardens to catch the event. There is always a healthy sampling of everything that makes Rancho Cucamonga a diverse community. Parade themes pay tribute to the history of Rancho Cucamonga, with nicely created entries that tribute Rancho landmarks. The day started in 1977, and has since been an annual event in November, and with such an enthusiastic response and attendance from the community, the Rancho Cucamonga Founder’s Day Parade will be a mainstay for years to com.
It takes a lot of planning to keep the city of Rancho Cucamonga thriving. Candyce Burnett explains to us how the planning department functions as a technical advisor regarding the technical development of the community. It’s not an easy task and our leadership have done a great job at maintaining a quality life for our members who work, play and live in our community.

Another reason that Rancho Cucamonga is a beautiful place to live is, the Enclave gated development. It’s luxury at its finest. There are high standards reflected in the beautiful units and various floor plans. A wide range of amenities include a clubhouse, work out room and valet dry cleaning, to name a few.
A nice aspect of living in Rancho Cucamonga, is easy access to freeways. And now, the I-15 Baseline interchange has been undergoing an improvement project. It will improve traffic congestion and safety. It will improve the commute for everyone in the city and for those who travel through it.
Getting permits or inspections for projects can be time consuming, until now. The process has been streamlined thanks to a program called Accelerate. Persons can use computers or tablets to be able to move through the process quickly and efficiently. Anyone can access it on the city website from virtually anywhere.
More and more people are bringing their business to Rancho Cucamonga. Bringing new business and jobs have been a big goal for city council. BYB2RC, is a program designed to take the commute out of the work day, by getting employers to consider moving to Rancho Cucamonga.
