through the dark i see a faceted gemstone, a muted indigo color. it's shaped like two cones put together, like a diamond but 3d. it is surrounded at the middle point by soft grey filigree, soft and quiet it moves about the gem like a living rococo design. i notice a faint marine theme, shells and waves appearing and melting back in. as the designs change i see other colors. soft pearly pink, cream, and golds. it dances before me for a bit before fading to let me see the gem closer. it reminds me of the skull of a bird i cannot place, but the feathers of it match the color of the gem. while it is silent, i get the feeling it is a type of songbird.
