redesigned most of the main characters...except for a few: Jonas (waht is hair), "Teddie" (new character, viz warm & homely), and Emile (new chara & Jonas' paternal uncle, viz family resemblance). so I'd say [80%] done.
outlined main story plot progression. i can say [20%] of the chapter outlines are solid. my plan is to write broad strokes scenes but specific plot points to keep things flexible and not overwork myself. trynna make a textual map for myself if that makes sense.
plotted down the major arc breaks for the 3 main protagonists Meija, Jonas, and Josef. (now i'm juggling 3! how can this go wrong?) still working on supporting cast. I'm on the fence if I should expand their [minor chara] stories into the main or keep things simple🤔leaning on the latter. shout out to obsidian you are my vault.
changed comic title from "Sakura Day" to "RCH". just an initialism for now, small chance it might change. just putting it out there.
narrowed down SPRING's art direction. planning on making a "style bible" and vision board. with pureref ofc cuz it's free (highly recc). have made style tests that can work.
