“ ah ——— ” it takes espio a moment to properly answer, eyes going slightly wide before he blinks. they’re not used to this level of... wide - eyed excitement about their profession. charmy’s been excited, of course, but espio is used to charmy’s particular type of excitement. this is new — although that’s not to say it’s bad.

It seemed any attempts on his life was a futile effort. A notion the siren had begrudgingly accepted in the time that she has had the unfortunate displeasure of knowing Gladstone Gander. ( Although her stubbornness would not release her so easily. There had been a few instances when the goose’s back was turned that she tried her luck. Needless to say, it did not end in her favor. ) So it seemed she had no other option but to leave him be, let him go where he pleased, lest she wanted to draw too much attention to herself. How infuriating...

The fact that the billionaire had recovered his memory and became more annoying was as irritating as it was helpful to his overall plans. He makes a decent distraction for Scrooge, but even a moment of his presence is enough to give Bradford a migraine in the making. “If you’re looking for McDuck, he’s off on some adventure elsewhere. Perhaps you should keep track of your rivals better.”
