Honestly, I don’t know. His magic still works for me despite the fact that he was trying to crash it by prising Qatar too often. He knows club and many players.(It can work both ways, we know that he’s close with Busquets and I wonder if he’ll be able to tell him I bench you today, idk) He knows a lot about football and was preparing for being a coach for long time but still he was a coach only in 26 games if I’m not wrong. He might lack experience. I fell like if we hire him now we can destroy him as a coach for giving him too big task at just beginning of his coaching career. If you look at stories of players who are coaches now they usually were practising with youth teams (Pep, Zidane but his Castilla was terrible), were assistants (Zidane, Arteta) or had some mentors (like Pep with Bielsa) Xavi was only coach in some games in Qatar league, I’m not sure if that’s enough.

I think I would hire Setien or Pimienta until June and see what happens. (I feel like we have nothing to lose, Valverde isn’t able to improve that team )

If every transfer from Ajax was as good as Cruyff’s transfer, I would buy whole Ajax team which is obviously impossible. ;)

I think we’re buying only de Jong and de Ligt. There are some rumours that Barca was asking about van der Beek but it’s nothing serious so far. I don’t think we will sign somebody more, they rest will probably go to other teams than Barca. I personally don’t believe in signing ten Hag as our coach, because I doubt that they would hire person that doesn’t speak Spanish while it’s Barca dressing room language and even with good translator it’s not the same as with Spanish speaking coach. About Koeman I not sure either because this rumour died as soon as it appeared.
