It was a simple way of letting him know that he was there. 

(Wrapping his fingers around his wrist for a brief moment when they walked pass each other in the halls. Sliding his hand across the back of his neck when he walked behind him in class to his seat. Knocking their knees together when they sat next to each other in Glee. Brushing past him in every dance number. Threading their fingers together and squeezing briefly when they stood next to each other in the lunch line. Wrapping his arms around his waist to hug him from behind when he made to walk away from their conversations. Sliding his hands up the back of his t-shirt when he hugged him first. Pressing kisses to his temple when he fell asleep on his shoulder. Sliding his hands down his arms to encircle his wrists when they were talking about something serious. Slipping fingers through his hair when they kissed that first time.)

It was just a simple way of Puck telling Kurt that no matter what, he was always going to be there.
