Granz have never go ice skating, not even with his brother Szayelaporro granz. he never really thought of doing it whatsoever. hell he don't even care is when is Christmas or what people usually do for Christmas!
until YOU decide to bought it up. he was surprise honestly..
you and him were just at school at lunch eating together on the same table like usual until you decide to bought up Christmas and said how he and you should both go ice skating.
he just stop eating and stare at you in shock.
" {your name} I never go ice skating? what do you want me to do there?" he ask with a confused look on him. surprisingly you weren't good at ice skating either. so maybe you could teach him to skate and fail miserably together! and so you mention that you're not too good at it too!
and all he said back was just "...I forgot you're too dumb to even learn it" okay Yylfordt the reader is so close to slapping you.
well you and him ended up planning when and which ice skating place to go. luckily enough y'all finally settle on something and chose a place.
both of you decide to go ice skating on weekend in the afternoon.
when is the day Yylfordt was really slow because he was not excited about it at all. HELL he was scared he gonna embarrassed himself in front of others. but since hot chocolate is good for the cold and you gave him that offer he decide. 'why not?' then realize today that other people will be there to watch him embarrassed himself too.
when both of you get into a bus he's literally zoning out and you have to kept calling out to him to get his attention. all he's thinking is how the fuck is he going to avoid embarrassing himself.
anddddd here you guys are! in front of the ice skating place. you grab his hand and drag him into the ice skate. and you did all the stuff for him because he have no IDEA what to do.
and there you are.
teaching him to ice skate.
he swear he's trying his hardest to skate. but he always ended up looking like he's scared to fall under the ice. and his legs is SHAKING whenever you let him go.
"{your name} how do I even properly skate?!-" said Yylfordt. legs shaking in fear due to how scared he is if he fall flat on his face.
you just sigh and kept teaching him common ice skating technique. because you don't even know how to properly skate yourself.
and then one time you let him go and you try to skate yourself. and you ended up falling and drag Yylfordt with you onto the ground
Yylfordt panic and hurt his back with you when you fall down with hm.
he immediately get up so fast and ended up falling back down because he gets up a little too fast and he kept trying to get up but he kept going fast. until he finally realize he have to stop getting up fast and he needs to get up slow and steady.
he just got up and said "{your name} what is this?! why did you drag me down with you!" he said quite angered because of how embarrassing he was. but then you just laugh and apologize. Yylfordt face just turn >:( "what's so funny?! is embarrassing!" you just kept apologizing as Yylfordt reach his hand out to help you up from the ice.
Yylfordt will literally try and make you leave the place already. but you insist and grab his arm to drag him to skate with you. and you surprisingly started to get better at skating while Yylfordt it just trying to drag you back but he can't so he have to go with the water until you finally stop.
god knows how scared he was gonna fall down again.
then when you finish and leave and actually get him some drink and some treat for at least coming with you to ice skate. Yylfordt just look away and mumble "you're welcome..."
and then both of you just go walk somewhere until it started to become more dark and finally goes back to your dorm.
