The Legend of Tarot!

The Legend of Tarot is a 78-card divination deck based on a popular video game series full of magic, puzzles, and mystery.

Each illustration is a collaborative work between Alex and Rinoa. This deck is meant to use the visual language of video games to introduce new students to Tarot reading. Unsure about getting a reading from me? Check out my reviews!

After running the poll I saw quite a bit of responses asking for a Zelda theme and I compromised with using my Legend of Tarot deck! This deck has had so many spirits in it over the years, now it is a portal to the Hyrulean pantheon. You do not have to worship any of the of Hyrulean pantheon to have this reading, it is open to all!

🃏Update to Free Readings 🃏

Before I start this new cycle, I've had some talks with my spirit team about updating the free reading terms now that I've done over 50 readings

I will no longer be offering private readings! Any asks from this cycle on will be posted publicly. Anon is still going to be offered. This is mainly because I intended this to help build a public portfolio of readings and a good half of the readings are private, which complicates things when I'm trying to keep records. That being said...

I will be posting readings on our freshly domained website The Mystic Mysfits ( themysticmysfits.com !) It will be a direct copy of what is from the ask. This is where the portfolio part really comes in. I encourage people who get readings from me frequently to have a bookmark of their readings so they can compare over time! This is a little bit more reliable way to archive these besides tumblr

Any asks sent without an emoji or with a different question than provided will now just be deleted. I don't have time to tell people to read the directions. If you want a different reading than the reading slots...

You can request a reading from Eli (that's me btw) or my partner Avery (that's @transdruid, he did most of the website building too <3) Price is generally $7 per card but I can get a LOT of information from few cards! Overall Very heavy water imagery and self image themes! The first card is someone turned away, and the second is someone half naked facing forward, so I think there's a lot of poetry to that. There is definitely some sort of appearance focus. Conciously you know you want to reinvent yourself and are interested in a lot of fashion or artistic subjects and it influences your style. Subconciously this is going SO much deeper than just changing outfits or hair. In dressing how you want and owning your appearance you are working on boundaries and confidence. Unfortunately, that's going to lead to a lot of people reacting badly with rude comments and trying to add their thoughts to yours to confuse you. Bringing it together is basically just embracing that weirdness, that dreamer inside of you. The people who matter, won't care about your looks and will encourage it. The Pisces card suggests a lot of gullibleness, falling into wrong crowds, lies and gossip, so be careful as your friend group may start to change. Next step Overall: Currently you feel a little lost, possibly overwhelmed with possibilities. You have been trudging on a very hard path and are close to relief. You know from experience which roads are best to take. Where you're going seems right in line with the first card, it's even the same number! This is about planning and daydreaming. You have goals in mind but there is still more work to be done before you will see results. You will get back what you invest! Next Step seems to be dream big and strive for the best. Trial and error is the only way you will learn what works, and each attempt is a step closer to your ideal. As humans we rely on community, everyone needs connections even if they are imperfect. Oftentimes we humans are more obsessed with reaching perfection than making it efficiently. Where is your usefulness out of what society tells you? Where are you self sufficient?

Hmm I tarot diagnose you with "Going through it" disease. Seems that you are in the process of completely reinventing yourself your relationships, your family, your friendships. Oof! But, the good news here is that this is what we were MADE to do, and in the end you'll thank yourself for cutting all the ties and letting things go. Overall: Sounds like a lot of Dark Night of the Soul type stuff going on! consciously you may see the chaos and everything crumbling around you, while underneath you are already planning on what to do next. A lot of meditation and shadow work is needed to be done to move forward with spiritual gifts which seem to be on the rise lately! Now is the perfect time for shadow work as we come to the dark end half of the year!
