I think I've already said it, but I'll repeat: this book is a dialogue from start. Maybe till the end, since Jonny is canonicaly the guy who sent Zampano's writing to publishing house. So there are three voices there: Zampano, Johnny and editor (who sometimes fills the gaps, if Johnny makes any mistake, otherwise their presence isn't noticeable).
And, well... Three voices, two stories.
I'm already tired, tbh. It's like just 21 and I already want to sleep.
But I must say that Tom, twin brother of photographer, has a good sense of humor. I'm gotta steal some of his jokes.

We get to the point where Zampano pulls out theory that house is changing depending on perception of people inside of it.
That is... Just amazing.
I think I've met it only once in one of my favorite creepypastas (about window that always leads to the small yard without any other windows or doors, which I always imagined to be like a yard-well only empty, no sun and no shadows and at night there is a fog that may or may not be sentient, and all pasta is about this guy trying to figure out what the actual fuck is this. This place definitely has physics different from our, and protagonist discovers it when trying to get to the end of a roof before that fog catches up with him, but it seems like it is several kilometers long until he just stops thinking and almost falls into this yard. It's pretty chill until one of guy's friend falls inside the fog), so meeting it there is a delight ❤️
Also Silent Hill from what I've heard, but there it's not changing size, just personalized structure.
But that's one of my favorite things for weird architecture to do.
