I have always aspired to the intention of living my life as I am instructed internally. Listening to myself, the intuitive instructions I get at certain times. A woman I consider to be a wise and stead fast champion of my evolution would say: "are you doing as you're told?" And my truth is .. sometimes..! haha firstly because sometimes I can't actually tell what is an addictive pattern or what is inner instruction. And second because sometimes I think I know better.
