Had a dream last night, a lot of stuff happened. But I was in the OASIS and I was in the Disney section as part of a bigger quest. And once you were there none of your items worked, so if you were in a fight you were screwed.

The only items / weapons that worked were from a Disney intellectual property. And I was like "Halliday what the fuck?" (I think I was helping him with something earlier in the dream??) And he was like, "oh yeah, we signed a contract with Disney, I forgot about that. I don't even know what's going on in this section or what weapons are good", which apparently their licensing agreement to use Disney stuff at all.

Which really feels like something sucky that would happen, tbh.

(however, you could use stuff from IPs that Disney had bought out, like Star Wars)

The Ready Player One sequel was announced today!! Cline really called it “Ready Player Two”, so I honestly really thought this cover was a joking but really nice fan render.But it’s real!

It’s available for pre-order now, and will be released in November. No details on the plot are out as of yet.
