Halfway dead

If I had a battery life it would probably be at 50%. Lately I've been feeling like my battery life is slowly slipping and getting smaller. To be honest, I'm not doing well. Mental health is no joke. I'm learning that the hard way. I have put my mental health on the back burner for so long it is now biting me in the ass. I am 25 years old and barely understanding what anxiety and triggers I have. It's like I'm trying to put the puzzle pieces of my life back together and I have no idea where to start or how to connect the pieces. I really lost control of myself. I don't know who I am as a person anymore. I don't feel like I am the best mom or wife that I want to be. Then again for some reason I have drilled into my head that I am not good enough. I will never be good enough for anyone. I know I need to make shit happen and finally heal from my past, but I feel like everytime I try to go for it something pulls me back. It's a never ending loop of the same shit, different day. I feel like I'm stuck and I can't get out of the dark hole I dug myself in. I'm learning that I am the only one who can dig myself out of this black abyss of all the bullshit/ past trauma I have endured in my life. The one thing I can say I somewhat figured out is how fucken empowering it is to be able to accept things for the way they are and pick yourself up when you are being beaten down by the daily battles you fight within yourself. I'm going to rewire my way of thinking and start being my own light. After all, no one else can do that for me because in the end I am all that I've got. So here is my last hurrah and my final goodbye to the old me. So ready to level up and to keep leveling up. I'm going to be unstoppable!
