idk tbh, it really depends on the situation. Personally I think I just consider any kind of inflicted pain as whump for the most part. It has to be more or less intentional and specific.

 Ned's wife spent 14 hours in labor. He and friends did the simulation of that day.                                                                                                           First they used electrodes to simulate contractions, small pains at long intervals (electrodes in the abdomen) + a fake belly to simulate baby's weight - GIFS ABOVE (part 1ª)

Later, a more powerful machine to simulate birth pangs, so the contractions are intense and consecutive. (electrodes on the abdomen, back, balls and ass)
