3. season 5 episode 17: screw the odds! people die of the hiccups. my mother died of the hiccups. survival rate for that is what… 100 percent?

2. season 7 episode 1(?) : i went through a rough patch, and you helped me, and i appreciate that. but i am moving out of it, and you won’t let me.

anyways the two pick apples and they’re both rly good at choosing the Best apples before they pick them ,, they don’t do anything else there bc lev gets all annoyed and hot and also Allergies ,, they go to the nice air conditioned bus or w/e and eat the apples and lev decides they’re gonna make homemade applesauce

tbh ? his room, esp. when his roommate isn’t there dsjklfa . he also loves the library (he hides in the corners like some kind of mouse) and like . little alcoves in buildings and such ? quiet indoors places

for fun he studies languages like a loser and ofc he reads a LOT ,, he also plays puzzle games (what’s the asagao version of p.rofessor l.ayton ?? doctor clayton ???) and it’s great

GOOD POST i’m dying lev would try to be .. so polite about it but it wouldn’t work. the first time jared mentions it it’s fifteen minutes of “are you sure it’s paul, of continue, paul ritchey, the worst paul ever, are you sure?” it’s such a mess ... lev messages eli like ‘how can someone have such bad taste eli’ everyone suffers

JARED IS LIKE ‘come on guys we can bond over both of you loving me’ but halfway through the lunch paul goes ‘I’ve got to do that paper--’ and lev IMMEDIATELY ‘you mean like the paper i had to rewrite because you TORE it??’ shut up lev

“Are you tired?” It’s asked through a breathy laugh; Luke already knows the answer, having sat through a recap of Eli’s day wherein she yawned every other sentence. The time difference is fought by the two every time they go on break; Japan is eight hours ahead, so finding a time to speak is always a battle.

Before Eli can respond, Luke whistles, having pulled his phone away to check the time. He’s walking down the street to lunch -- she’s more or less pulled an all-nighter just to get ahold of him. He clicks his tongue and pauses on a street corner, his voice soft as he points this fact out. “You need sleep, El.”

“Mm.” She doesn’t bother to protest; she’s perfectly capable of choosing her own sleep schedule, and both of them know that. Besides, there’d been just as many calls where she’d be settling in to eat dinner and he’d be fighting insomnia; they’re both used to it, by now. “Then I wouldn’t be talking to you, yeah?”

He shakes his head in exaggerated exasperation, drawing a few looks from those around him. Not that he notices -- he’s too distracted with speaking to her. Halfway through his next question, he pauses to run across the street (he doesn’t feel like waiting for the light to change when there aren’t even any cars in the way). 

This results in him stumbling against the curb and nearly running into someone else; Eli, hearing the commotion on her side of the phone, gives an affectionate sigh, and he laughs. It takes him a moment to catch his bearings enough to continue the question that he’d interrupted himself on. “You have work today?”

“Mmhm.” Luke can practically visualize Eli blinking to keep herself awake, and his smile only grows as he considers it. To her credit, she hardly stumbles over her words, despite her lack of sleep. “All day.” 

She isn’t complaining; she loves her job, and not just because it pays the bills. Luke is lucky enough to benefit from it as well; Eli enjoys sending pictures of the dogs she watches to her contacts, and Luke has seen enough of them to feel as though he knows the dogs as well as she does.

“Alright! Tell Kobi I said hey!” His bright enthusiasm more than breaks through Eli’s exhausted haze; she smiles and buries her face in her pillow, as if anyone’s around to see her being flustered besides herself.

Her face is still half-buried when she speaks, leading to a barely understandable mumble. “Maybe if you’re lucky, I will.”well

The conversation continues in this vein, with Eli fighting to stay up and Luke making these efforts exponentially easier. By the time they’re signing off, Luke has finished lunch, and Eli is thinking about the immediacy of her alarm. Even so, they end the call with a lingering sigh and a promise to call back later, when Eli’s done with work and Luke’s headed to bed.

They’re used to things like this, by now.

ah man ... i think i’ll have to uhhh . give this a few divisions so 

plot: unwound future is so good ... i love it .. then again diabolical box had the train thing that i LOVED

gameplay: azran legacy maybe ?? it was the newest one so it got the more innovative stuff

character depictions: miracle mask, definitely

that said, i LOVE all of the games, but i think unwound future would be my favorite overall!! it’s really really good wtf
