So she was recently talking about how she met up with her Gujarati friend and how that friends had watched Maja Ma that new movie with Madhuri Dixit....

She said “how can people show such things, people will begin thinking it’s normal.”

While as long as I live in her house i can never tell it to her face, today on tumblr i will say for every single homophobic person out there, there should be someone who says “Any form of attraction or lack thereof is normal. Everyone is different, and that is never a bad thing. No matter what happens, you are still the same person I knew before.”

Hope I could be that person for someone today.

So, she’s [Madhuri dixit] been outed traumatically, made into a viral meme video.

just makes me think like...

this could be my life. because i can genuinely see something like this happening to me in 30 years. i marry someone, i have kids, closeted forever. Weirdly it motivates me to tell people because having that part of me forgotten, having my own queerness erased, just the thought of that hurts.

currently, i’m at a grand total of 2 people i’m out to because hmmm...yeah. I thought for other people, I’ll come out senior year or at graduation or some people never.

I've been comparing myself to you for years now. Always thinking you were better than me. Smarter than me. Funnier than me. Better looking. NICER THAN ME. Holy shit I was wrong. I've been through so much worst than to have YOU take me down. I will always have more friends than you will ever have because I will always try my best to find the good in people and I will try to be nice to everyone. But you are such a ass. For years I thought you were this cool, amazing, attractive person. And I always wanted to be something like you. Why the hell did I want that? I don't know. I'm my own person and I will ALWAYS be a better person than you will EVER BE.
