Out of interest what would people prefer... A written Blog on maybe a fortnightly basis, just talking about whatever is going on at that time. Or a Video (Vlog) doing pretty much the same but with no visuals yet. Just maybe a series of pictures to go with the audio voice. Are people still reading blogs on-line and even artist blogs any more at that? Or do we just want spoken word and visuals to watch and listen to as it's quick and easy.
What do you think? What do you prefer to do when you follow your favourite artists. Do you like to read? Or just watch on-line magazines and articles of interest to you that you maybe subscribe to or just come across when browsing
I am planning on doing some live basic performance tracks on YouTube soon. But just want to do something now that is easy and more spontaneous. Even writing a quick blog and posting it up can be easy to do... Well with spell check anyway!
I guess if you have made it this far you might prefer to read and I am sure there is still space for both mediums... then again I could of said all of that in a one minute Vid and just shared it straight from my Cell phone onto YouTube.
