Paper Rings is an upcoming slice of life roleplay set in Toronto, Canada that has been in the works for weeks. We will foster a truly inclusive environment where all characters and members are welcome. It’s one thing to say this, but it’s another to act on it and create a community for everyone.

From a truly accessible skin to a foundation in supporting neurodiverse, poc, and LGBTQIA+ characters, we plan to smash the “trendiness” of jcink real-life roleplay creation and sitehopping. Our buzz is in full swing, reserves are open, and we hope you’ll join us!

Let’s be honest - the RPC has a habit of site-hopping and preaching inclusivity without real action. We’re here to change that.

Paper Rings was founded on true inclusivity for all characters and members, real knowledge of the playground of the site (Toronto), accessibility to the community for all, and the idea of avoiding the forever changing “trends” of the RPC in favor of stability. We hope you’ll join us in our RP revolution.

The closer we get to opening the more excited we are to meet you and your characters. And for anyone who wants to get a jump start on their apps, now’s your chance!

We have a couple of app options, one is fact / dev based and one is freestyle based.  Our FACT / DEV app provides you with a bit of choice. The first section is your standard list of facts about your character. Then we move on to a bit of dev where there are 6 sections to choose from. we require a minimum of 3 to be filled in. Next up is aesthetics where we’ve offered 4 options and require at least 2 to be filled in. Then it’s onto a short summary and your shipper section!!!  You can find the code here and check out a preview right here: 

  Next up is our FREESTYLE app. It started off with some basics just like the fact / dev app then we get straight into the freestyle section. for this you can do absolutely anything you like. all we want is to get a feel for your character and what they’re al about. our only requirement is that you aim for a minimum of 400 words. okay. we tried to be funny. forgive us. 

we’ve had to push our opening back a week but it’s all good!!! and we can’t wait to share everything with you!!! We’re now planning to open on Saturday 5th December and we are ridiculously excited. we’ll be posting up a schedule later today to give you an idea of what the next week is going to look like. but until then, don’t forget that you can currently reserve up to 2 faces so far!
