the sistine chapel is actually a lot smaller that you think it would be.
#it's not tiny#but seriously the only basilica in NL is bigger than that#my CHURCH is bigger than that#really it's small#it's tall#and surface area is well used#but pics make it look so much bigger and rlly it's not#it takes maybe 5-10 min to walk the perimeter#less#the holiest christian place in the worlds was rlly underwhelming tbh#heh i saw god's butt#shut up ya skeet#europe trip 2015#the vatican in total is pretty big#for a church and a support system#but for a city state it's also small#the smallest in the world actually
