found out i have BPD and possibly a minor heart defect in one week
i didnt go in for EITHER of those things at the appointments at which they were found either
my doctors really giving me a RIDE lately
#the BPD thing is like#REALLY relieving though#because it like#really explains a LOT of experiences from my life#and it feels nice to kind of know whats going on there#but like#i had NO fucking idea#usually i feel like i have a pretty good grasp of my mental stuff#but my new prescribing physician was like#uhhhh i think you have BPD#please do some research on ur own time and talk it through with ur support system#and the moment i started looking into it#i was just#THATS WHAT THAT FUCKING IS???#ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
