hi! i was wondering, are there any small, quick things that you like to do when you're feeling down?
my go-to is a fun drink. if i've had a rough day at work, i stop by the grocery shop omw home to grab a can of something i haven't tried yet, or at home i fix myself something colourful or special. i love tea, so my sencha during winter months or matcha with mango juice help keep my head on.

Depends on how down I'm feeling. On days like this (depression ™️), I try to drown the feelings with loud music and distract myself.
Hyperfixations help, half of the time. When it doesn't, I'm just. forcing myself to be productive, I guess? I'm close to finishing 1 thing, it has got to mean something right.
