My favorite thing to do with a roast is to cook it in aus jus or beef broth, salt, pepper and onion powder until it is falling apart. Put it on a nice buns with sauteed peppers, onions, jalapenos, and Monterrey Jack cheese. Broil this the cheese is melty, add top bun, and serve with aus jus.
