The difficulty with guest reviews/ comments

Can’t reply to a comment or notice someone has left me on ff.net, since it’s not signed in, frustrating, specially when it’s either a question or something odd. They have basically wrote the dictionary definition of the word ‘disenchanted,’ the word I used in the summary of the story. I’m assuming they have an issue with the word being used to summarise my character’s feelings at the beginning of the story. So not sure if they have read the whole story or not, to confirm that it fits. Or they don’t believe the character isn’t disenchanted enough to be functioning the way she is. I need to know if they are on board and like the story. Believe me, this isn’t her entire attitude throughout the whole story. Plus, I got a Jon POV chapter next.
