Backstory, I tutor as a side job to help make a little bit of cash. The other day a parent came in and told me that her kid had a test the next day and needed help in math. I thought: No problem, we can try our best. The next day, the kid does not do well on her test at all. The mom pulls a full out Karen and calls not only my manager, but the owner as well. (Note: We do not give out the owner’s number. We have no clue how she got the number in the first place.) At first, I was pisssed because I take pride in helping my students. The best part about tutoring is when your student’s eyes light up as they understand the material. But then, I took it out with a classic meme. Enjoy!

She didn’t get it

I have a friend (shocking I know) who is obviously not on tumblr, but when she found out I was, she was like “omg I can’t believe you’re actually on that website” and would not shut up about it. So one day when she said this again I turned looked at her right in the eyes and said “it isn’t a cult, it’s just a bunch of batshit crazy gay people, KAREN, so SHUT UP!” And looking back on that, I could’ve handled that better but the look on her face was priceless. So, totally worth it!
