I wanna write this sooooo badly but I need to finish Reality Check (and Small Comforts) first before I start something new 😫

When you try to explain to someone that you write your manuscripts in scenes that you move around and not in a linear fashion because you’re looking at the whole picture, but you write research papers or articles all at once in a linear fashion because you’re looking at the whole picture...and they just look at you dazedly.
