Month 1 on T
Please note these are my experiences and they will not be the same for everyone. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently to T, they may happen slower or faster.
Month 1: 14 Dec-14 Jan
Voice - within a few hours after my shot my throat felt sore/scratchy/lumpy. It continued to feel this way on and off. My Adam's apple was more prominent within the first few days. Not many voice cracks. This month my voice has dropped pretty significantly.
Smell - gonna be blunt, pee will smell funky/stronger as will your area downstairs. This is the body getting used to the giant spike in Testosterone levels as the chemistry down there changes. Haven't noticed and stronger BO though.
Body in general - your body is getting used to a lot of changes (mostly internal at this time) you will be sore, achy, and itchy (maybe that's just me) for no reason.
Growth - this may be TMI, but it needs to be said. Makes me dysphoric to type this but your clit will grow and it will hurt. I noticed this within the first week.
Sweating/hot flashes - a few days i noticed I was sweating more and was hotter I guess. It wasn't even that hot of a day.
Stamina - a few weeks in I noticed I could do more push-ups and I was more energised.
Hair - this last week I have noticed more visible black, thicker hair on my stomach, my chest and around my nipples.
Shark week - TW: because during monthly shark week your T levels rise and your E levels drop right before and during that time, your body has just had a massive shake up. For me this month I've had irregular heavy bleeding, had some the day after my shot. Past couple of times when it's happened I've felt feint and nauseous. But that could be low iron levels as I've had trouble with that before.
I just realised I never posted my two year comparison so here it is! (He/they pls)
#bastianbathroomselfie going strong (9.5 months on t, he/they)
5 months on T, still whining about the same shit tbh, (he/they)
