"Today’s a little too sunny for my taste.” The hybrid didn’t sparkle but too much sun did hurt her skin, hence her strange comment to passers-by. Renesmee didn’t enjoy the glaring orbs peering down on her, as her hand came up to cover her eyes.

Taking a seat on one of the stools of the diner, he waited for Cassie to walk over, glancing over the menu with a keen eye. ❝ I’ve been looking for you, ❞ No malice was in his voice, in fact it was rather dull as he looked up at the reaper. ❝ Pizza and a coke. Please. ❞

Another day and another need for food. Brain food, that is. Since Ravi had taken a leave of absence to go back home for a little while, Liv found herself in the same situation she was in, before her partner at the morgue had ever found out she was a zombie. She had almost forgotten how tricky it had been to sneak brains, and with Clive needing her help on cases, it was usually the victims they would pick up that Liv found herself borrowing brains from.
With stealth, Olivia had managed to snag the brain from the latest victim in privacy. However, there was the tiny matter of closing the woman’s skull before she could fix her food, and with limited time on her hands, Liv was working as quickly as she could to clean up her mess, before making another one in the small kitchen the morgue had held.
