Those two series of course do not have their own OCW artbooks, and although Dash 2 does have a CSS, the majority of it only contains official artworks, but not much for concepts. I have included a couple scans as an example.

Older sourcebooks like Rockman Perfect Memories do not either, and any Japanese guidebooks for the series that might contain something, I do not own. Those are the main reasons why it is so sparse when looking for them online.

The closest thing we got to see for ZX came about 10 years ago at the 20th anniversary celebration, where a bunch of artwork pieces were on display. Some people got snaps of them, but there wasn’t a lot that surfaced. You can go on a little nostalgia trip by browsing through this old post by Protodude from years back to see a little more of it.
