i try to be understanding but i don't understand the krennic thirst some people have. and that blatant whitewashing... yikes

I don’t really understand most of the enthusiasm for Rogue One characters when literally all we have is one trailer and a handful of names. (But then, this is me speaking as someone who usually takes a season or two of a TV show to become attached to characters, much less one movie.)

I mean, I’m excited on principle for all the poc characters we’re getting, but we know almost nothing about anyone’s personality? And theorizing about Krennic when what we know is that he’s a white dude in a cape seems iffy at best.

(I was going to complain about how there are already 13 fics on ao3, but half are Jyn Erso/Mon Mothma with a couple Jyn/Leia, and only one is Jyn/Luke, so you know what, I’m actually pretty happy with that and can only hope the trend continues.)

When i went to bed last night you were liveblogging and when i woke up you were too so it looks like you’ve been watching star wars for 8 hours straight lol

I mean. Technically I’ve been watching rots for three days, since I started on Tuesday but only managed to finish last night/this morning. I did, however, sleep in the middle. There are just some leftover posts to make now that I’m not falling asleep at my computer
