A near perfect version of my Project Hail Mary rebind with painted edges! This won’t be listed in my Etsy shop for a while. I am prepping for an in-person event at the end of the month, and I have to make sure I have stock to sell there! A few listings I am letting sell out, or I am making inactive for now while I prep for the Makers Festival on May 30th in Massachusetts. I plan to have a few copies of some of my most popular listings - like Dune, PHM, Jurassic Park, and more ready to be sold then. This is one reason why rebinds are so expensive! They take so long to make, you can only make so many at any given time. I am excited for the festival - I am just not sure how popular rebinds will be, so I may be overly prepping, but better safe than sorry.

Rebound matchy-matchy set of The Love Hypothesis and Check & Mate by Ali Hazelwood for a rebind exchange. I will never work with homemade white book cloth again, nor will I ever paint edges with acrylic paint that hasn't been watered down. However I was pleased with my little pawn and test tube bookmark charms - so pleased that I forgot to take a damn picture 🙃 anyway, these should have arrived safely at their new home by now 😊

Kinda obsessed with this rebind design! My Warbreaker rebind, completely redone! The rainbow foil really works so perfectly for this book, and the intricate frame adds so much dimension. I did a custom order for Inheart for someone, and fell in the love with the frame I made for it. I had to try it out for a cosmere book. I’m planning to post a vid of the full process sometime this weed, but wanted to show it off since I just finished it

I've been talking about all the binds I've been doing for the holidays, and I'm not done, but I really, really wanted to share this one because it's an amazing story by Kim Dare. It hit all the right notes for me: BDSM, werewolves, tattooed green flag biker guys, size difference, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Another reason that I'm a little too excited to share this is because I got to work with one of my favourite artists ever:

I'm so happy with the way it turned out, and I wish I could keep it, but it's gonna get wrapped up shortly and gifted at the end of the month as a late birthday gift.

NOTES:

All gold detailing on the cover is hand painted, lucy did such a great job giving me elements that I can make stand out like Bayden's wraps, the chain and the lighting on Axel's jacket.

The edges are sprayed gold! It's actually really hard to show in photos.
