The Reboleira station opened to the public on April 13, 2016. The architectural project of this station is written by Leopoldo Rosa. Regarding the architectural project, Leopoldo Rosa emphasizes the concept of bringing to the interior of the station the tonalities and materials of the surface. The adoption of clear colors, such as blue, relates to the sky, and soft beige, with sand, helping to create a sense of release and freshness in a space of this nature. Like other Metro stations, there was, once again, an intentional effort in the creation of original architectural pieces, specially designed for the place, in order to endow this Station with its own identity, while retaining the characteristics identify it as a platform for a means of transport. It improves, in this way, the predisposition for its more frequent use in an environment of visual and aesthetic comfort.
