Happy birthday, Lucia! 12. Aug. 2025

Oh wow, this is the first time (ever!) that I make art for an oc's birthday! It really feels magical (and a huge betral to my older ocs) that it's Lucia. The base was by DAHAN_illust, couldn't have done this without.

I'm really bad at trying to get things done by certains date, case in point, I still have a ficlet for Lucia's birthday from 2020 that I haven't finished yet... and which I'm not too keen on finishing because.

I said it feels magical because of all the ocs I created, and I created a lot back in 2012 (I just need to go through ff.net's forums to find some of them posted on dead RP forums), Lucia who really had the least changes. I mean yes, her nickname used to be "Luce" and her full name used to be "Lady Angelina Luciana De Santis" but the core elements that made her Lucia remained largely unchanged.

Not to diss my other ocs (talked about them here) in a post meant to celebrate Lucia's birthday, but that's exactly what I'm going to do nah, out of all of them Lucia is the one I've given the most attention.

What can I say about her? Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, uhmmmmmmmm,

She has a shorthand number (like a true KHR character), which I cannot reveal as I'm in the process of changing it — and if I don't I'll just use the one I made years ago. But not to worry, she has an appreviation and that's Lu (Tsulu 😂)

She's paired with Tsuna and yes, I do have a whole rant-essay on that which I'll keep to myself because I sound unhinged 🙇‍♀️

Lucia has literally no naming sense, one of her dogs (she has two!) almost ended up being named "Palla di pelo" (lit. furball) or Esmeralda (god knows where she got that one)

Actually Lucia and Flori (her twin) are sororal twins, meaning they're not identical and come from two different eggs

Here's a funny one, as a child Lucia used to angrily compile a list, "Things Floriana gets that I don't, therefore it's favoritism" whenever her mother showed blatant favoristim towards her twin

You can find her singing italian anime openings from time to time while she's target practicing

She uses two guns! one is a normal one and the other shoots dying will flames, she uses both for the surprise effect

One thing I can say about Lucia's background is that, out of Mariana's three children, Lucia is the healthy one. She grew up with the sky-high expectations of her mother, while also getting used as a scapegoat by that same mother.

*Flori sneezes as soon as Lucia walks into the room* Mariana rounding on Lucia: "YOU!" Lucia: "What? What did I do now?!"

is literally something that has happened more than once.

So yes, Lucia grew up being burdened by the fact that she was the healthy child by a mother who had a lot of misplaced guilt.

Helloooooo! This is REBORN x Legacies, my KHR fanfiction series.

I'm like 2% ready to publish, so basically I'm nowhere near ready to be talking about it but! I'm also very impatient, and I just want to talk (also I have like two friends).

REBORN x Legacies is the title for a fanfiction series on the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn! written by me, Hibillia. The series is made up of 4 different sagas. 1. REBORN x Graduation 2. REBORN x Hidden Crimes 3. REBORN x Omertà 4. REBORN x Undicesimo

Currently, I'm writing RxGraduation, which takes place almost immediately after the ending of the manga. Tsuna is, finally, in his 3rd year of middle school! Yay! He has grown enough balls to tell Reborn that he doesn't want to become Vongola Decimo (or Neo Vongola Primo), and Reborn accepts the challenge! Of course, with conditions.
